Tim specializes in the treatment of Vestibular, Temporomandibular and Cervical Spine Disorders. Tim completed his degree in Physical Therapy at the University of Michigan in 1984. He is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), including the Orthopaedic and Neurology sections.

 

He is a Board Certified Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) with extensive training in osteopathic manipulation. He is also certified in the McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment of spinal disorders (Cert. MDT). Tim is an affiliate member of the American Academy of Orofacial Pain (AAOP) and is a Certified Cervical and Temporomandibular Therapist (CCTT). He serves on the board of directors for the Physical Therapy Board of Craniofacial & Cervical Therapeutics. Tim completed three certification programs in Trigger Point Dry Needling and is certified in manual trigger point therapy through Myopain Seminars (CMTPT). He completed the Clinical Competency based Vestibular Rehabilitation Course at Emory University and the Advanced Competency course at Duke University. Tim teaches continuing education courses in the evaluation and treatment of Cervical, Temporomandibular, and Vestibular Disorders. He serves as adjunct faculty at the University of Montana School of Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Science, where he teaches a course in differential diagnosis and treatment of vestibular and cervical disorders.

 

Tim is a co-owner at Advanced Rehabilitation Services, LLC. He lives in Whitefish with his wife, Jolene, and his three youngest children. When he is not working, teaching or building, he can often be found using his Nordic Walking Poles on a morning walk with his dog.
