DOUG SNYDER, PT, CMTPT
Doug was born and raised in rural northwest Pennsylvania, where he received his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Grove City College in 1987 and then his Masters in Physical Therapy from Hahnemann University in 1989. He has spent the last 25 years as a manual therapist, working in Sports Medicine and Orthopaedic outpatient clinics. He has lived and worked all over the United States, working in large cities and small rural communities, finally landing in the Flathead Valley in 1997. He has treated thousands of Orthopaedic patients over the years, using a unique hands on approach. He treats each patient as an individual to find out what is at the root of their problem. He has a special penchant for sports medicine and the athletic populations. Before joining Advanced Rehabilitation Services, he worked at a non-surgical sports medicine and Orthopaedic center in Minnesota, treating high end high school and college athletes. He specializes in treating shoulders, hips, knees, and the overhead athlete. Doug is happy to be back home in Montana, and when not at work can be found skiing, hiking, horseback riding, rafting, mountain biking, fly fishing, hunting, and enjoying all the great outdoors Montana has to offer.
