Brian is a co-owner and full time physical therapist at Advanced Rehabilitation Services, LLC. After growing up in Potomac, Montana, Brian graduated from Stanford University in 1989 with a degree in Human Biology. He then headed New England to teach at an outdoor education center, then back to the Rockies to guide ski trips in Glacier National Park and hike the Continental Divide from Mexico to Canada. Brian earned his Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Montana in 1998 and became a Board Certified Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist in 2009. He became Certified Manual Trigger Point Therapist through Myopain Seminars in 2012 and recently served as President of the Montana Board of Physical Therapy Examiners. He has completed numerous marathons, ultramarathons, multisport and adventure races, which has helped refine his ability to teach running form along with diagnosing and treating running related injuries. He teaches running clinics throughout the year through Run Flathead. He is also a student in the art of balancing family, business, and training demands. Brian lives with his wife, Heidi, and two sons, Reed and Kyle, in Kalispell.
