NEUROLOGICAL REHABILITATION

Neurological rehabilitation services those individuals with functional impairments from a disease or injury of the nervous system including multiple sclerosis, Alzheimer's disease, ALS, brain injury, spinal cord injury and stroke.  Your physical therapist will begin evaluating your neuromusculoskeletal system by assessing your strength, balance, coordination, range of motion and your functional mobility and make a treatment plan to help you meet your long-term goals.    Your physical therapist will also work with your caregivers and family to help develop an appropriate home exercise program and strategies to optimize your functional abilities.
